Why did you change the location?
We were not able to secure the Clear Lake Park and Chalet area on the weekend of September 10th as it was already booked for another event.
How much are tickets?
$35.00 for a General Admission ticket.
Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets online here, or you can get tickets at the gate.
How can I pay for tickets at the gate?
Only cash will be accepted at the gate for ticket purchases.
How will new tickets be shipped?
New tickets will not be shipped, will call only.
How do I buy a Reserved General Admission or VIP ticket?
These are not being offered for the rescheduled concert.
I have a ticket stub from the Fire Fest concert held on August 6th. Can I use it to get in?
Yes, all ticket stubs from the August 6th concert will be honored.
How will Reserved General Admission tickets be honored?
These tickets will be treated as General Admission tickets.
How will VIP tickets be honored?
These tickets will allow you access to a fenced off area near the stage. Free food and drinks will not be offered for VIP ticket holders at this event.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds will be offered due to the fact that the Fire Fest concert held on August 6th was not actually canceled. However, we are honoring those ticket stubs at the newly scheduled concert.
Where do I park?
Click here for a map which includes our parking grounds. When you get close to the venue, there will be signs to direct you to the paid parking areas.
How much will parking cost?
$10.00 per car, $5.00 per motorcycle.
Will there be handicap parking?
Yes, there will be handicap parking. Click here for a map.
Will there be VIP parking?
There will not be VIP parking for this event.
Can I park somewhere else and walk to the grounds?
Yes.
Are you offering camp sites?
We are not offering camp sites as our contract was only for the weekend of August 6th. However, you can contact the Village of Clear Lake at (715) 263-2157 to inquire about camping for the weekend of September 10th.
Are the camp sites near the concert grounds?
Check the map here to get an idea of how close the camp sites are to the venue.
Will I be able to leave the grounds once I am in?
When you first arrive, your tickets will be punched and you will receive a wrist band. If you leave the grounds, you will NOT be permitted re-entry without a valid (unpunched) ticket.
Are carry-ons allowed?
No, they are not.
Can I bring my own chair?
Yes, you are encouraged to bring a chair as no seating will be provided in VIP nor General Admission.
Can I bring a camera?
No video recording, no audio recording, and no flash photography. You CAN use a consumer type camera to take pictures without a flash.
